Our plant-based meals are created in partnership with nutritionists and chefs and offer a flavorful and filling blend of protein, fiber, healthy fats, and carbs. Additionally, all of our meals are free of dairy and gluten and contain no artificial sugar. You can find the dietary information for individual meals here, and customize your weekly order so you only receive meals that fit your dietary needs. We have a great selection of options with higher protein, lower sodium, blood sugar friendly and more!

You can edit the number of meals, your delivery dates, and your ingredient avoidances and preferences in your Account Details Page.

If at any time you want to take a break, you can skip a week, or cancel your subscription in your Account Dashboard on the Manage Deliveries Page.
